Pacto bills its services to companies. The freelancer pays once to enter.
Pacto’s fees are never deducted from payments to freelancers. Money meant for freelancers goes directly from the company to the freelancer. All amounts are excl. VAT.
Three notions: the seat, activation, the monthly fee.
The seat
A freelancer in your programme whose balance is open. The counter keeps your historical maximum. The seat is reusable, not tied to a person.
The activation fee
Paid once per level reached, by tier, on the difference as you grow. Non-refundable.
The monthly fee
The higher of 3% of the payments made to your freelancers in the month and the floor of the activated seats. In the exit phase, the floor is halved, then drops to zero after six months without payment.

Tiers add up: for 25 seats, the first 5 at the first tier’s rate, the next 5 at the second’s, and so on.

What is included
The protocol and its documentation, contract templates adapted to your market and language, the software and the Register, the pool of members, onboarding assisted by your advisor. Updates included.
The feasibility study
Optional, strongly recommended. From € 1,780 excl. VAT for a first programme, on quotation beyond, payable on order. Deductible from your Pacto fees if you open your programme.
Terms
Monthly billing by card or direct debit, on a verification statement that can be disputed within thirty days. A new version of the rules never changes an operation already under way without your consent. Belgian law; CEPANI mediation, then CEPANI arbitration, in Brussels.

You pay to enter the network, not for each mission.
You pay nothing more when you apply, sign a mission or receive a payment. Of every euro your client pays you, 0% goes to Pacto.
