The announced rates are not a promise of income. The maximum rate is not automatic: it depends on the number of files counted under the annual scale communicated before registration.

Each referral that signs earns you a commission on its entry fees: a company opening its programme, extending it when it adds seats, each freelancer joining. Paid as soon as Pacto collects.
Every month
A recurring stream follows your portfolio: as long as the companies you brought in keep their programme alive and your referred freelancers are paid, you receive your share. Even after your contract ends.
