For companies
Grow today. Pay at the pace of your revenue.
Experienced freelancers work for you right now, at an increased rate, and are paid progressively out of your collected revenue. No borrowing, no dilution.
- € 0
- to advance for services before revenue is collected
- 5-12.5%The fraction is chosen between 5 and 12.5% of collected revenue and frozen when the first contract starts: it can then be raised, never lowered. Each month it is shared among the freelancers in proportion to their open balances. In a month with no collected revenue, nothing is due: balances carry over.
- of your collected revenue, fraction set at opening
- 100%
- of your equity retained, no personal guarantee required
The problem
Your growth should not have to wait for your cash.
Launching acquisition, structuring the offer, shipping a product or opening a market requires skills before the first revenue. The three classic routes each have their limits.
Paying cash
Cash goes out before the project generates its first receipts.
Taking a loan
Fixed instalments, even if revenue is slow to arrive.
Raising funds
A long process that can dilute equity and delay execution.
With Pacto
You start the work now. Payment for services follows your cash receipts.

With Pacto
You start the work now. Payment for services follows your cash receipts.
- You choose the freelancers suited to your project.
- They carry out the mission immediately.
- You pay them the agreed share of your receipts each month, until fully settled.
Who does what
You stay at the centre. Pacto provides the framework.
You contract with each freelancer, receive your clients’ payments and pay for the services. Pacto provides the framework and the Register, without becoming a party to the mission.
How it unfolds
From the mission card to the monthly settlement.
You
Publish a card
Objective, deliverables, maximum volume and indicative rate.
The freelancer
Takes the card and delivers the mission
Independently, then declares the milestones delivered or the agreed time.
You
Approve the work
The freelancer records it in the Register; the mission balance is updated.
Every month
Settle the open balances
Direct payment to each freelancer, recorded in the Register within ten days.

If growth is slow to come
Payments follow your actual cash receipts, not your forecasts.
The rule is known in advance. If your receipts fall, payments fall too and settlement stretches out. If they rise, your freelancers are paid faster. Pacto’s fees remain separate, and their floor applies as long as a balance is open.

Comparison in principle
Above all, Pacto changes the profile of your cash flow.
Pacto does not necessarily aim to be the cheapest form of financing. With an increased rate and fees, development may cost more, but its payment follows its success more closely.

Before you commit.
No. Pacto is neither a bank loan nor fundraising: it is a way of linking freelancers’ payment to your business’s receipts. The accounting and tax treatment of the balance is a matter for your accountant.
You do. The members directory is a directory: you choose whom to approach and you remain the sole judge of your hires. Pacto guarantees neither a member’s availability nor their skills.
You can stop launching new missions at any time, effective at month end, free of charge. Ongoing work is completed and open balances continue to be settled at the pace of your receipts.
During the programme, you use the deliverables under an exclusive worldwide licence. Ownership is transferred to you on final payment of the balance.
Yes. You can offer to bring part of their services into the programme, the rest still being paid in cash. The rate is agreed directly between you and the freelancer.
For 12 months after an introduction via Pacto, any collaboration with the freelancer concerned remains organised within Pacto.
