- Your rate
- Increased, targeting three times your usual rate, agreed mission by mission and written into your contract.
- Your clients
- Companies organised for this rate, which have set aside a share of their revenue for your balances.
- Your income
- Every month your client collects revenue, your balance pays you your share: on mission, on holiday or after the mission.
You sell at a higher price because you let the client pay at the pace of its growth.
What you keep
- Your missions and your clients: you apply, you decline without justification.
- Your methods: objective-based missions, organised independently.
- Your other clients, outside Pacto, paid on their usual terms.
What you accept
- A settlement schedule known in advance, which follows the client’s actual revenue.
- A recommended mix of one to three days a week, the rest in standard missions.
- An accurate profile and respect for the commitments made to each company.
What Pacto takes care of
- The list of open missions, without prospecting.
- The contract templates, the tracking tool and the Register of your balances.
- Coordinated action by members if a client no longer honours its commitments.
What you generate now, what your balance pays you later.
Standard days are paid on their usual terms. Pacto days feed your balance, paid out progressively according to the client’s revenue.
Illustrative figures, excl. VAT, over a five-day week and 46 weeks a year. The increased rate is shown at three times your rate: it is a target agreed with each client, not a promise of income.

The company collects first, then pays you directly.
Each month, the company sets aside a share of its collected revenue, shared among the freelancers pro rata to what is still owed to each.
Pacto keeps the Register but never receives the money meant for you.

Three situations to know
Your client collects € 20,000 instead of € 80,000: at 12.5%, the envelope drops to € 2,500. The rest of your balance does not disappear.
As long as a balance remains open, payments continue at the agreed pace, even if your mission is over.
Approved, documented expenses are not added to the balance. They are reimbursed separately, at their actual amount.
Your balance stays recorded until it is settled, even after you leave.
As soon as work is approved, its amount is added to your balance. What is not paid carries over month to month and stays visible in the Register.
What your balance is not
Your balance is a contractual entry tracked in the Register, not money held by Pacto. It remains subject to the programme rules and to the client’s economic risk. Guarantees strengthen your protection; they do not turn the balance into a payment guaranteed by Pacto.
What if…?
- You leave the programme
- Your balance remains owed under the agreed rules, and you keep viewing it in the Register.
- The company stops new missions
- Ongoing work is completed. Balances continue to be settled at the pace of its receipts.
- The company walks away without paying
- It owes each freelancer concerned compensation equal to their balance. Its licence on unpaid deliverables lapses: ownership is only transferred on final settlement.
- The problem persists
- Pacto may coordinate action on behalf of the members concerned, without receiving the sums owed: they go directly to each of them.
In addition, depending on the programmeThe pledge exists only if the programme provides for it. It is then set up at opening on a designated asset, for the exclusive benefit of the programme’s freelancers. · A pledge may be set up from the outset on a designated asset, for the exclusive benefit of the freelancers.
